For using the multi_gadget functionality of Linux kernel of warp on Mac OSX El Capitan, install HoRNDIS rel8pre1.
It is not yet an official release (so it is not trusted by your mac) but it is working.
The multi _gadget is very useful if you want to use USB OTG as a ethernet port (usb0).
